The preheater uses a bushing heat exchanger, because almost all apricot pulp is retained in the apricot paste, and the apricot paste has a high pectin content, which is larger in the year. It is not easy to pass through the plate heat exchanger and causes coking, which causes adverse effects on the products and equipment.
