Pomegranate peeling equipment
Pomegranate peel separator is mainly used for pomegranate pre-processing of pomegranate wine and pomegranate drinks. The main function of this machine is to pick pomegranate, separate pomegranate peel and deliver pulp to the press for the next process of production.
The screen is installed at the lower part of the crushing device, which is mainly composed of screen cylinder, raceway, gear, pushing screw and other parts. The pinions of the screen shaft drive the screen to rotate counterclockwise against the separating shaft. The sieve cylinder was riddled with small holes. Under the action of the separation shaft, the broken pomegranate falling into the sieve will move forward while the skin and seeds are separated. The pomegranate peel will continue to move forward and be discharged from the end of the machine. The pomegranate seeds will be discharged from the holes of the sieve and fall into the collecting hopper.
