Screw precook machine
Spiral preboiling machine is one of the raw material pretreatment equipment in fruit and vegetable processing. It is mainly used for preboiling, softening, enzyme killing and finishing of hawthorn, jujube, raisin, mushroom, peach, green bean, tellurium, broad bean, carrot and other whole raw materials.
Performance Features:
1. All stainless steel structure, spiral feeding, with safety insulation layer;
2. Continuous water bath cooking, materials are scraped out by a special turning material scraper;
3.Stepless speed regulation and temperature control;
4. Precooking temperature: less than or equal to 100 Degrees Celsius.
